Program Director

Dr. Peggy Koshland-Crane holds a Doctorate in Learning and Instruction with an emphasis in Special Education from the University of San Francisco. Dr. Koshland-Crane has spent the last 30+ years working with young children through adults to help each achieve his/her goals and his/her strengths. She has taught at the elementary, middle school, high school levels, as well as at the college/university level. Dr. Koshland-Crane and her colleague co-wrote the Literacy Assessment projects for Project Read, San Francisco. She has trained teachers and tutors and keeps up to date with the latest research in the field of education. She has worked extensively with at-risk children and adults. Dr. Koshland-Crane has administrated numerous education assessments and is skilled at evaluating children and adults.
